Is your computer freezing?

There can be many reasons why your computer suddenly freezes. Maybe a program has gone into overdrive and ends up saying “not responding”, crashes or shows a blue screen. Maybe the mouse and keyboard don’t respond, and then it’s all wrong. It may also shut down or restart itself.

Another possibility that the computer freezes is simply because it has become too hot. Eg. due to dust inside the computer, it cannot cool down and thus ends up being too hot to function normally. This can happen both for Windows PC and for Apple Mac.

This dust must be removed as soon as possible, so as not to cause permanent damage to the computer. If you are unsure how to do it, you can order a servicecheck here.

It is also possible that the computer has simply become too old and needs to be replaced.
